Could the ATT TP2 aka TILT2 launch Oct 6 with WinMo 6.5

Not to start a rumor or anything but I would have to believe that the ATT TP2 aka TILT2 will be one of the phones they are talking about that launch Oct 6 with WinMo 6.5.  What say You?
